在28日福建省举行的贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于支持福建探索海峡两岸融合发展新路建设两岸融合发展示范区的意见》系列第三场新闻发布会上，厦门市副市长庄荣良披露了上述消息。
为促进两岸经济交流合作、产业融合发展，在全国台企联的支持下，台商海峡两岸产业私募基金管理(厦门)有限公司2023年4月完成登记备案，注册落地在厦门自贸片区。该公司发起设立台商海峡两岸产业投资基金，基金规模7.86亿元。
庄荣良称，该基金聚焦服务高质量发展，主要投向信息科技、高端制造、消费等领域，投资阶段偏重于成长期及Pre-IPO阶段，扶植专精特新企业发展，致力培育更多海峡两岸“独角兽”企业；关注帮扶台商投创业，重点关注台商企业的投资机会，提高台资企业信用融资水平，帮助台企共享大陆高质量发展机遇，为台湾青年就业创业和服务乡村振兴提供金融支持。
同时，该基金打造海峡两岸金融合作发展新高地，突出金融创新，加强政银企合作，引入厦门白鹭积分等政府大数据，采取区块链、AI等数字信息技术，实现快速募资、精准授信、安全可靠，助力两岸金融呈现“资源加速集聚、业态不断丰富、效益日益凸显”的良好态势，进一步推动两岸商业互动和经济发展。
据庄荣良透露，除此之外，近期还有华犇智造基金、金景合晟创投基金等台商基金在厦门落地。下一步，台商基金将聚焦优化大陆台企金融服务，着力提高台企直接融资水平，帮助更多台企共享大陆高质量发展机遇。(完)
